Electromagnetic heat meter

The operating principle of electromagnetic flowmeters is based on the ability of the liquid to bring the electric current as it moves in a magnetic field. That is, electromagnetic energy meter is used in the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction, which allows you to connect high speed, and thus the volume flow of conductive liquids with a field strength in it and the potential difference arising at the diametrically opposite electrodes.
The electromagnetic heat meters make the calculation of heat capacity and thermal energy on the basis of data on the volumetric flow rate and volume of coolant temperature on the forward and return flow, taking into account changes in the specific heat of coolant when the temperature difference between inlet and outlet. Because while there are small quantities of current, electromagnetic heat meters are very sensitive to the quality of installation, operation conditions.
It is not enough good quality connection cables, the emergence of additional resistance in the joints, the presence of impurities in the water, especially iron compounds, dramatically increase the accuracy of instrument readings.
